The prices are affordable and perfect for those on a budget. The staff pays attention to detail and ensures a comfortable stay. The location in an alley off a fairly random street provides a unique experience, with Chinatown and the city center just a short distance away.

    All was okay.

They let us check in as early as 6 AM, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Wifi, location near the pier and the staff are good points

Sooooo disappointing! I moved there from the previous hotel because I needed to stay close to the river but after 2 days (I booked it for 2 days, hoping to stay longer) I moved away soon. No sheets, the room was 2x4meters,too hot inside or too cold with the air conditioned,no soap, no forniture of any kind, not clean! My previous hotel cost less and had breakfast, pool, clean sheets etc etc. This one has nothing! Right now I'm in another one that costs the same and is 100 times better. The staff was nice but is they don't do something to improve the quality of this hotel or if they don't decrease the rate, they won't have any chance to compete with other places and noone will go there

This hotel is a little gem tucked away in a quiet alley off a fairly random street. The location is perfect - near Chinatown and a short walk to the metro. The rooms are cozy but comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need, including air conditioning and a private bathroom. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast is satisfying, providing a good start to your day of exploring.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Friendly helpful staff, rooms are kept very clean.

Tiny rooms with nowhere to put anything - the only space was under the bed. Hotel was hard to find the first time, hidden down Soi 37.

    Cheap and clean!

Difficult to find - better signs or a description on the webside would help to find the backyard, where the hotel is located. WiFi did not work, maybe not suited for smartphones

Friendly receptionist, good area in walking distance to markets, street food, restaurants, train station, and river.

Nothing to complain about at all.

This is new and clean. Nice design and into the "reel bangkok" . free coffee. 10 minutes walk from Hua lumpong

The room is really really small. We were 2 and I couldn't even open my bag on that space.

cheap, aircon, quite area staff is very nice, but doesn´t speak good english

rooms are very small; you can hear your neighbours; the bathroom is an integrated shower - shower has no separate area; is a little bit remote (at least10 min by walk from anything)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were super-friendly and always ready to help. The room was of excellent quality and very clean. The air-conditioning was nicely cooling, and the bathroom was new, clean, and had a nice shower and toilet. The bed was soft and comfy, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel also had good security measures in place. The location of the hotel was great for exploring Chinatown and visiting the Golden Buddha. It was also within walking distance of the train station and next to the river boat, making transportation convenient.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Helpful staff At a walking distance (10 min) from Hua Lamphong station and boat pier (5 min) Clean

Extremely small room. Double rooms are barely fit for a single person. No space to move in the room. No furniture except the cot. Difficult to find the hotel. Auto/Taxi cannot reach the hotel gate, you have carry your luggage for the last 100-150 meters. No elevator, you have to carry your luggage to your room, which may be on the fourth floor It is so suffocating that you can move inside the room only after switching the AC at least for 10-15 minutes. Water was leaking from the cistern (room no 404).

This hotel definitely offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is evident in the modern feel of the building. The location, in an alley off a fairly random street, adds to its charm and it's conveniently situated in the centre, near Chinatown. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms, whether with a double mattress or two single beds, are well-maintained and come equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning. Additionally, the hotel offers a satisfying breakfast to start your day off right.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

The nearby street art was definitely a highlight and added some vibrancy to the area. the hotel had a functional layout and was reasonably priced for its location. The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing us with a map of the area which included information on nearby restaurants and attractions.

There were some downsides to our stay. The bathroom was small and had a noticeable odor, making it quite uncomfortable.

The hotel had everything we needed for our city trip. The Wi-Fi was fast and there was a washing machine for a reasonable fee. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to help us. They found parking for us and paid for it too.

The room was small, but it was expected for the price we paid. The bathroom could use some improvement as we could hear everything that was happening in it.
